Dr. Jargal Dorj, a mathematician and researcher with decades of interdisciplinary study, has published his latest work exploring the scientific foundations of religious concepts, including the soul, karma, and life after death.
Dr. Dorj, originally from Mongolia, brings an academic background in mathematics and a long-standing research focus on the intersection of science and religion. His latest book, “Religion and Science: The Soul, Karma, and the Scientific Basis for Life After Death,” presents findings derived from over 25 years of research combining logic, set theory, optimal control theory, and principles of quantum physics.
The publication examines widely held beliefs across major religions regarding the fate of the human soul after death. These include perspectives that describe the soul’s transition to Heaven or Hell, as well as concepts of reincarnation influenced by karma and consciousness. According to Dr. Dorj, these ideas can be analyzed through structured scientific methodologies.

Dr. Dorj’s academic journey began with a master’s degree in mathematics from the Mongolian National University, followed by a Ph.D. from the Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow. He has contributed to multiple Mongolian and international journals and has authored several books in both Mongolian and English.
Beyond academia, Dr. Dorj has also been involved in traditional Mongolian medicine through a family-run business as Director of the ONCH company established in Mongolia and later expanded internationally. After relocating to the United States, he continued both his research and business operations, ultimately focusing on his long-term study into the scientific evidence of religious teachings.
